Obituary
Minnie Ellermann-Holt nee Jones passed away on December 14, 2019 at the age of 87. She was the beloved wife of the late Ernest Ellermann and the late Thomas Holt; She is survived by her three sons, Ernest Ellermann, Jr. of Dixon, MO, Terry (Jane) Ellermann of Foristell, MO, Barry Ellermann of Gerald, MO; three daughters, Bessie (Dennis) Burt of Foristell, MO, Margie (Ray) Dieckman of Foristell, MO, Julie (Harry) Belcher of Wentzville, MO; two brothers, Glendale Martin, Harold Martin; two sisters, Dorothy Crosby, Rosie Ferguson; grandchildren, Cheryle, Ernest III, Tammy, Scott, Amy, John, Krystal, Keri, Dakota, Brenden, Samuel, Steve, Carla, Craig, Steve, Jason, Ginger, Nicholas, Greg, Barbie, Leann; 46 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Everett Jones, mother, Bessie Marie Jones, husband, Ernest Ellermann, husband, Thomas Holt, great-granddaughter, Cheyann Nicole Ellermann; brothers, Perry Jones, Roy Jones, Edward Deardorff, daughter-in-law, Janice Ellermann. Minnie was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Mary and Martha at St. John UCC, Women's Fellowship, and Tops Club. She was devoted to teaching children about Jesus at Sunday School and Vacation Bible School at St. John's UCC for many years. Minnie drove a school bus for Francis Howell school district. She also enjoyed playing Skipbo, reading and going through her piles of mail. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
