Obituary
Daniel Van Wright (Danny) was born December 29, 1946 to Teddy and Norma Wright in Beefhide, KY. He departed this life to be with the Lord at his home on September 13, 2016. He devoted his life to his wife, Janis Wright. They were married on March 31, 1995 in St. Louis, Missouri. Danny was a Veteran and served in the Marine Corps. He worked as a Supervisor for General Motors for over 40 years and loved his work. When he wasn’t at General Motors, he could always be found working outside in the yard. He loved his garden & flowers, which kept him busy most of the time. His twins (Connie & Missy), who he affectionately referred to as “His Girls”, were his true pride and joy. Danny Wright was preceded in death by Teddy and Norma Wright (Parents), Benny and Chester (Brothers), and Bessie (Sister). He was survived by Janis Wright (Wife), and their 6 children: Connie Tudor (Mike), Melissa Peace (Doug), Arthur Welch (Janice), Tonya Perkins (Irvin), Shawn, and Adrian; siblings, Nellie, Lulabel (sisters) and Thurman (brother); and a host of grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, special cousins and special friends. Honoring Danny’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private memorial gathering will be held on September 24, 2016 at 1889 Central Parkway Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 1pm-4pm Acknowledgements The family wishes to acknowledge with appreciation and gratitude, the many acts of kindness shown during this time of sorrow.
