Obituary
Dr. Allan Brodersen passed away on February 2, 2016 at the age of 61. He was the beloved husband of Mary Brodersen nee Gardner of Foristell, Missouri. He is survived by his three brothers, Dennis Brodersen of Tecumseh, OK, Jorn Brodersen of Hughson, CA and Henning Brodersen of Chandler, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hans Brodersen and Gerda Inger Brodersen nee Nielsen. Dr. Allan Brodersen attended medical school at OU in Norman, Oklahoma. Prior to medical school, he lived in southern California and completed his residency in Spokane, Washington. He was later united in marriage to Mary Gardner on June 25, 1988. He went on mission trips to Honduras and Ecuador with the Christian Medical and Dental Society. He also lived in Waxhaw, North Carolina and later moved to Missouri in 2012. Dr. Brodersen enjoyed watching sports especially the OU Sooners, Georgetown Hoyas, LA Kings Hockey and LA Dodgers Baseball. He liked visiting national parks and camping. He was a history buff of World War II and the Civil War and was an avid reader. Allan loved his animals, cats and horses. He will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.
