Mrs. Mayfield is survived by her son - Antywan Mayfield of O'Fallon, MO; daughter - Marsalea Mayfield of Wright City, MO; 7 brothers - Florence (Laura May) Blanks of Wright City, MO, Cornilus (Melissa) Blanks, Sr. of Wright City, MO, Eddie (Tisha) Cotton of Warrenton, MO, Donnie (Deborah) Bishop of Wright City, MO, Lonnie (Wyketa) Bishop of Wright City, MO, George Mozzee of Wright City, MO, Wilbur (Stephanie) Mozzee of St. Charles, MO; 2 sisters - Avis Bradshaw of Wright City, MO, Bertie (Herman) Jones of Wright City, MO; 3 grandchildren: Antystacia, Ayla and Xavier, 4 God Children- Londra and Rhonda Bishop, Robert "Weasle" Hunter and Jodicee Hill; adopted son - Curtis "Curtie" Owens; special friend - Stacey Huskey, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Mayfield, Jr., parents: Abraham and Mary Lee Blanks nee Bishop, brother, Otis Blanks, sisters: Marlene and Darlene Bishop. Mrs. Mayfield enjoyed baking cookies, collecting bears, gardening and roses. She was a member of Wesley-Smith United Methodist Church in Wright City. Her family and friends were very special to her, she loved spending time with them and she enjoyed family game time. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
