Mr. Sibley is survived by his wife, Marie Sibley nee Cook, of Wentzville, MO, daughter, Leslie Sibley of Bristol, England; daughter, Taylor Sibley of Eureka, MO, brother, Robert G. (Patricia) Sibley II of Bainbridge, GA, sister, Linda (Bobby) McMillion of Richland, MS, sister, Margaret (Rudon) Laney of New Albany, MS, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Sibley, mother, Ilene Sibley nee Mabry. He was a long time member of Church on the Rock in St. Peters, Missouri.
